Memory Weavers™  is dedicated to customer satisfaction. We guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of our materials, and guarantee them to be free from defect.

Any products found to have defective materials will be replaced. However, because Memory Weavers creates custom products for you, we do not offer refunds.

We must be notified of any problems as soon as possible, preferably within 24-48 hours of the receipt of your product.

Please click the link at the bottom of this page for our contact information.  We will give you information on how to have your product replaced.  Your replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING:  UPS Overnight and Expedited Shipping options shown may not be available in some areas.  If you are placing an order for which guaranteed delivery is necessary, you MUST CALL US @ 1-888-321-4077 no later than 1pm CST to ensure timely delivery and to verify available options.
